I. Schedule Changes and Announcements

Practice change for Oh Sr Group Wednesday, July 16^th from 5:15-7:45 with Coach Kevin. This time is earlier than before.
All schedules are online. See you at practice.
Congratulations to our CAC Regional Championship swimmers. CAC swimmers swam very well. 25 new State JO cuts were made. Go Hawks.
This is USA Sectional and Ohio JO’s Championship week. Good Luck Seahawks!!!
CAC is accepting appointments for tryouts. Please have interested swimmers call Coach Spurling at 474-9461 (Win 1).

II. Status Of Meet Entries

· USA Sectional Champs, Indiana University; July 15-19: Details will be available soon. Check with Coach Benson to confirm warm-up times.

· Ohio AG Junior Olympics, Miami U.; July 17-20: Watch your folders, the website and email for updated information!.

· Ohio Senior Champs, Bowling Green, Ohio; July 24-27: The coaches will be selecting the events for this meet. More information will be available soon.
