- Open Water

practice for swimmers not at Open Water Championships will be as follows…
Sr, T-2 T-1 4:00-6:15 with Liz and A-3, A-2, A-1 5:45-7:45 p.m. with Ben,
Laura and Paige.
- Congratulation
Seahawks on your outstanding swimming at the David Webb NKC Inv. Over the
weekend we finished 2nd with 2743.50 pts. out of 11 teams. Top 5
teams were 1st NKC 5141.50, 2nd CAC 2743.50, 3rd Mason 2344, 4th ABLY 1727,
5th Lean IL. 795. It was great to see the large amount of Seahawks.
- Swimming at finals on
Saturday and Sunday the CAC swimmers improved over 80 swims from their
morning times and earned doughnuts and juice at Clermont YMCA Tuesday
morning practice. Individual top ten points were 10/under girls: 2nd
Grace Stimson (10) 143 pts., 8 th Devin Landstra (9) 106 pts.10/under
boys: 9th Charlie Leibson (9) 81 pts., 11/12 girls

- Recruiting info will
be coming out soon in peptalk.
- Weather: Keep an eye
on the forecast. It is our goal to have an a.m. practice. If there is a
threat of bad weather the coaches will decide to move to CCDS. This was not
an option in the past. If we go to Clermont and it thunders we do not get
the workout in. We may make the decision the night before. You will receive
an e-mail or you can call the 474-WIN 1 line. We will also put it on our
website marquee. Three ways to find out. Thank you for your understanding.
- July 8th,
Tuesday is the CM time trials. This meet is a final tune up for our
championship meets. Please talk with your group coaches to see if you should
attend.

All swimmers who have Sectional
times or who are on relays should attend this meet. More information will be
available soon. Coaches will select additional events with the swimmers.
